For Resellers
We provide full support for our reseller partners, including assistance with reseller panels and accounts. Access credentials (login details, activation codes, etc.) are sent to the email address provided within one business day of payment confirmation.
Clients and resellers are responsible for understanding how IPTV works and for ensuring proper device compatibility.
Maintenance and Service Interruptions
To maintain optimal performance, XTREME-HDIPTV conducts scheduled maintenance on its servers. These maintenance periods may occur without notice and can temporarily affect service availability.
Subscription Holds and Cancellations
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal. When paused, service will automatically end at the end of the current subscription period. No further payments are required unless you choose to resume or renew.
Modifications to Your Subscription
If you’d like to modify your subscription—such as extending time, adding features, or upgrading to support multiple devices—please contact us within 5 days of your original purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Hardware and Compatibility
XTREME-HDIPTV does not provide hardware such as IPTV boxes. It is the customer’s responsibility to use a compatible device (Smart TV, Firestick, Android box, mobile phone, etc.) to access our service.
