Player guide / TiviMate

Set up TiviMate on Android TV, Google TV, or Fire TV.

TiviMate is a third-party television player. It does not include a subscription or content, and its developer controls app availability, features, and licensing. Use it only with an authorized service that supplies a compatible login or playlist.

01

Check device compatibility

TiviMate is designed for television-oriented Android platforms. Confirm the current official app requirements for Android TV, Google TV, or Fire TV before installing; it is not a native Roku or Apple TV app.

02

Install from a trusted source

Use the official store listing or the developer's documented installation path. Avoid modified, cracked, or renamed packages, and verify the developer before entering account details.

03

Add the account format you received

Choose the playlist or account-login option that matches the information supplied by your authorized service. Enter the details exactly and keep portal addresses, usernames, passwords, and playlist URLs private.

04

Load the guide and test playback

Allow the first playlist and program-guide sync to finish. Test a standard-quality source first, then compare a second source before changing decoder or buffer settings.

05

If TiviMate will not play

  • Confirm the account is active
  • Check the simultaneous connection limit
  • Restart the player and streaming device
  • Test the same account in one other compatible player
  • Change only one playback setting at a time
06

Separate player licensing

A TiviMate premium purchase, if chosen, is separate from the Xtreme HD IPTV USA plan price. No affiliation with or endorsement by the TiviMate developer is implied.
